Life happens — here's how changes and cancellations work.
Rescheduling or cancelling a visit
Free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit — just call 0411 723 133 or email Nurturehomes21@gmail.com.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of a visit may be charged 50% of the visit price, as your helper's time has already been set aside for you.
No access on arrival
If our helper arrives and cannot access the home or the visit cannot go ahead, the full visit price may be charged.
Pausing a package
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and Fourth Trimester packages can be paused or ended with 7 days' notice. Any prepaid but unused visits are refunded in full.
If we need to cancel
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule — for example due to illness — we'll let you know as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund for that visit.
